Talking about new habit: Although I am already eating quite healthily, I sometimes just 'forget' to eat or drink enough water or exercise, when I am immersed in a project, by example, or get on a binge that brings my energy down.
I love my body the way it is, but I sometimes FEEL sluggish. Can you relate?
So, I am now going into one week of raw food with a group of women (virtually) with fabulous recipes and gentle generous guidance (I love gentle!). This world needs the power of GENTLENESS, now more than ever, beginning with treating ourselves with gentleness. Also, because we model to others a for some new ways of being.
May softness touch us all!
I felt guided to prepare for my next uplevel in this way, so I can be the best Life Coach Artist and Inspirational Communicator I can be. the most passionate Story Teller and to hear my Higher Self clearly, so I can keep receiving and delivering right straight through as I inspire those who inspire me.
