Let yourself be Living Poetry. Rumi Sometimes ONE sentence can ring the bell and resonate deep within your soul and cells causing remembrance. That is true cell-ebration. This sentence for me was ''Let yourself become Living Poetry'' from Rumi sent to me by my dear friend and soul sister from Canada, Lucille. It was a synchronistic answer to the question that I was not aware I had, a response to the quest for evermore morsels on peace-ing together my purpose. The truth is we can choose to do many things, but there are some things that are unique to each of us. For me, that is my Poetry of the Soul. Yes, I also love to paint, and the paintings are healing art, but my poetry of the soul is something that brings me home every time into the center of my being: It never fails to establish instant connection with a soft warm cottony angelic feeling of vastness and timelessness. It's the place where I am (the) ONE. Every time. And others have told me also that it touches them deeply when I read it to them or embody my poetry on stage. Looking at the image I now have a new perspective. That is exactly what I feel my poetry is doing for me and others: It loves and embraces and encourages. It holds you, so you can surrender in deep trust and merge with the feeling of belonging.
It's the way I feel when I write and the way that others feel when they hear it. The image above depicts it marvelously: ONE EMBRACE. The words like kisses of eternity on the cheek of our innocence. That's the energy movement beyond the words... loving you, hugging you, holding you with such tenderness. A gift in a time where people can be quite tough with themselves and one another.
It is also perfect synchronicity, because I was journaling and communicating with 'my' Greater Intelligence trying to pinpoint parts of my purpose with its big dreams and visions. I had not noticed that during the course of my explorations over the past year, I had brushed my living poetry off the table as 'not that important' and with that denying one big part of my divine design and one way for Love to be channeled through me. It caresses the soul and whispers to the heart.
Really, sometimes it can be THAT simple! Truth is always simple! I just never saw it hug someone like that. So much more than just 'pretty words': It's the energy beyond and beneath the words that is informing and transforming. It is LOVE in Formation. My Poetry hugs and kisses and remote-soothes the soul, but more actually, because it also cell-ebrates the body, because every cell at any given moment is listening to what you are saying, thinking, reading, listening to or otherwise immerse your precious body, magnificent mind, and sensitive soul in. My poetry is weaving a soft bed for your senses, sweetening your dreams. Is it any wonder that I prefer sensual beauty, loving luxury, and pure poetry? It loves my soul - and if you let it, it can love yours as well.
